Open Question: heart problems help please?

okay everytime i eat something my heart starts to hurt from a varies of 5-20 minutes but it only happens after i eat ramon noodles, hamburger helper or mcdonalds stuff like that any suggestions?
is it a heart attack?
heart burn?
or palpatation?
and is it because of my period because this is the time of the month when i get it every month
and im only 16 years of age

Open Question: My dog collapsed and I don’t know what is wrong!?
My 10 year old chihuahua mix was walking around normally when he started wheezing. After a few seconds of that, his hind legs gave out and he fell over, urinating in the process. He stayed conscious, but his leg was twitching a little. A few seconds later, he was up and jumping around, begging for treats…
I went to the store, I went to the store. When i came back and he greeted me, he started wheezing again and started to tip over a little. He didn’t actually fall over, this time, but now i am really worried.
Last night, one of his loose teeth was cutting his gums and he bled a lot. I pulled the tooth, the area doesn’t look infected. I have washed his mouth with salt water under vet recommendation to prevent infection.
A few months ago he was diagnosed with heart murmurs, but they were not severe.
I have an appointment made with a vet tomorrow, but I am really scared and concerned now. If anyone has any idea of what may be going on, I would really appreciate some information…
