Open Question: heart problems & public speaking?
ok so i have a few problems with my heart, like when i get really nervous my heart starts to hurt like it feels like my heart has a cramp or something, and it went away for a while , and then i went to the doctor for a check up, and they found that i have a heart murmur. so i don’t know if that had any thing to do with it. but the other day in class my teacher told the class we are going to have to present our project for 10 to 15 min in front of the class, and as soon as he said that my heart started to get that cramp feeling again, and i don’t know if i will be able to present my project in front of the class with out the pains coming back. i want to tell my mom and see if she can get me out of having to present but im afraid she wont believe me. So does telling my mom and having her write me a note or calling my teacher explaining why i cant present sound like it would work? or should i just refuse to present my project?
