Open Question: How Can I Find A Good Doctor For My Mom?
My mom is 80. She has cancer and other serious problems. She doesn’t like her primary care doctor, he is uncaring. An example: we just got the results of some tests she did last summer. The person who read the tests said he saw evidence of heart disease and recommended to the doctor he do follow up testing in three months. He has yet to mention it even though mom has been there several times since.
Mom’s trying to find another doctor but no one will take her because she’s on Medicare. Mom says it’s because they can’t overbill Medicare like they do private insurance. Could that be true? Is the medical profession that callous and greedy? If you’re not rich in this country are you just supposed to die? How can I find my mom a good doctor?

Resolved Question: Turning Breach Baby?
Okay so i am only 35 wks pregnant and have already had one little one. My first birth expereience was great i had no issues except his heart rate which was because he was squeezing the umbilical cord. Anyways with this baby…baby Mason they can’t determine what positon he seems to be in, at all it is a complete question that they haven’t even tried to guess at LOL! But anyways i was wanting to talk with women who have actually been through the outside palpatation to get a baby to turn. I was so sure that if at my 36 wks visit ultrasound he wasn’t head down then i would go in at 37 wks so they could turn him. You know you hear all the horror stories of them breaking the babies leg or going into labor right then and there and also having a csection. I really don’t want a csection considering my first one was so easy yea only 3 hours of labor and 5 minutes of pushing so why would i want to go throught the stress of csection if i can avoid it. Anybody ever had this done?
