Open Question: Help! does anyone know what this problem could be?

I’m 22 wks pregnant and am feeling a little weird this is my 5th pregnancy.I have a history of pre eclampsyia and gestational diabetes.My problem is lately I feel faint and dizzy it comes and goes and get nauseous and very tired Ive gained about 10 lbs in 2 wks and some times I get severe headaches that even with tylenol it still doesn’t go away.My heart beat seems to be rapid every now and then also but not sure if its just my heart murmur.I don’t want to seem paranoid but Im not sure if I should call the doctor or just wait till my next appt which is in a few wks and see what he says then.
the headaches are all around my head front and back

Open Question: Help! does anyone know what this problem could be?
My hubby has got severe chest pain, can not eat and is getting weaker. He has had tonnes of tests by specialist including bone scans, colonoscopy’s, laparoscopy’s, all the heart tests, everything, blood tests for poisoning and hepatitis but the doctors don’t know what it is, they have also ruled out GERD, oesophagel problems and reflux, even zollinger ellisons disease, and cancers, aids, lungs are all good too, there is nothing wrong with the stomach,they said theye are stumped. He has tried all the ant-acids which don’t work. We are desperate as he is getting sicker and no one knows anything, please does anyone have any idea? Chest pain is his only symptom and he can’t eat as it causes more pain. Any ideas???
