Open Question: Help me, I’m scared, a problem with my heart??? I don’t know what it is?

hi,im a 16yr old boy and i have been suffering from anxiety for 5yrs,and recently its been going away,and know for some reason i think i have heart disease let me tell you what i have been experiencing -
-sometimes i need like 5 pillows to sleep comfortably
-i get heart palpitations(idk if its my anxiety though)
-im starting to get little chest pains
-i feel fake/unreal
-i feel lazy
-lost of interest in things
-feel like im in a dream
-i feel like im just gonna die/like my hearts gonna give out
-and ive been a little tired lately
-like to today in school i was playing with my friends,then i got excited and then my heart starting like beating friggin weird like it felt like it was gonna stop,but like a flickery feeling,it lasted for about 5-7 seconds and it went away and it bugged me out for the rest of the day,then on my bus i felt really tired like i couldn’t keep my eyes open,and it bothered me,and know i feel like edgy and alert,btw i had an EKG about 5 yrs ago and like 3 other heart tests,and they said i was perfect,and no i do not have any family history of heart problems,although i have a cousin whos dad has a veeeeery extreme history of heart problems,but his dad isnt from my moms side,so he doesnt count,just throwing it out there,and yeah plz help me out guys =(
