Open Question: How do I accomplish these career aspirations in the future? I need help please. :[?

i know there are Systolic, Diastolic, and continuous, but i dont know when the murmur happens, i just know how it feels when it does.
sometimes it’ll feel like my heart skips a beat then i have an immediate loss of breath and cough.
others it kind of skipps but then like half beats in a weird way like 4 times. like 4 big “lubs”. and it felt like my heart gets bigger or something then i lose my breath and start coughing.
It’s done these two things for years, not all the time, but randomly, and it’s not extremely frequent like a few times every day, but more like a few times a week.
I also found out there’s Innocent and Abnormal murmurs, and that abnormal ones have symptoms. i have those symptoms.
for example i have:
shortness of breath
blue fingertips/nails and cold hands and fingers all the time
sometimes have a rapid heartbeat
chest pain
dizziness, but not fainting
fatigue, even if i get a good nights sleep
decreased tolerance for physical exertion
sometimes light-headedness
So, I’m not sure exactly what I have, especially since they have different specific names for each. I’ll go to the doctor eventually, but I would really like an answer for what it may be sooner.

Ok. When I’m older, I really want to do something to help younger children, like be a pediatrician. Anytime I see something about a child suffering from a disease like cancer or starvation in third world countries, my heart breaks. I really want a life career that helps them. But I also want to be famous for something, like being an actress, singer, or model. Is there ANY possible way to do both? I’m desperate for answers. I also want to do other things, like write a book, or be an artist, but those are secondary things I could do on the side, I guess. I looove drawing and writing. So, any insightful person with answers to my dilemma, could you please help me? I’m currently a freshmen, but I know I have to come up with an answer soon. Help me please? :/ I’ll read every single answer.
