Open Question: How widespread is this in New Zealand Cav’s and if so many vets aren’t aware of it how do you know?

i smoked pot for about two years then i quit and its been about a year and im starting up again but i was wondering since smoking pot increases your heart rate and what not and i have a heart murmur so i have a tiny pin size hole in my heart is it a good idea to smoke or is it dangerous which i dont think it is since i smoked for a while before and im still fine…and i would like to hear this from a professional please thanks
