I have a little white line on my finger nail i had it before it went away fast AI looked it up on the internet and it said this means a signal of heart diseases! All my friends and adults say I have eaten something that my stomach didn’t like

Open Question: Will a Heart Murmur go away itself?
I was diagnosed with a Heart Murmur, i was wondering if it would go away by itself or will it be with you the rest of you life? My grandma had one. I eat really healthy, exercise everyday (run, jog, hike, bike, swim, Horseback ride ETC.) What causes them, and how can they be stopped?!
