Open Question: i have a question about diet pills, and heart problems?
i want to lose more weight
i go running a few times a week
i drink lots of water and i eat healthy
but its just not really enough
i never really seem to lose weight
idk why
if i do its only a couple of pounds
i heard of Lipo-Femme from a friend
but ive looked at many other pills before
and well
i just can’t take many of them because i have
heart disease
so will Lipo-femme effect my heart?
i have a VSD and a heart murmur
should i try it out?
or can you give me a different option for weight lose
i really want to lose at least 10-15 pounds
and please dont tell me about those
