I Mazhar Ahmed Junejo my question to you I have HEAR Disease problem last 2 years I get treatement to the Jinah hospital Institute of Cordiology karachi on 23th June 2009, doctors refer me chekup for Agha Khan Hospital Karachi. Sir I am poor man I have not resource in my hand and I am not in position afford expences of agha khan hospital karachi so that I request to pls you help me at human rights.
