Resolved Question: What style of swimming should I do to lose weight?
ok so a few days ago I asked a question on how I could lose weight with out running.
The best answer was to swim,
So no one suggest running or even jogging because I have a heart murmur.
So I want to lose weight on my stomach and legs, what style swimming would take weight off both?
And how long and how often should I do it.
Not to long because the closet swimming pool to me, I still have a really long walk after I get off the tram, so I won’t need that much.
So yeah, any ideas would be great, Thnx
