Conservatives donate more time, blood and money to all charities. I’ve finally figured this out after talking to my Liberal friends versus Conservative friends. My Conservative friends actually give money to the mail orders for diseases/animal shelters. I do to.

Open Question: i need help. to find a diagnosis for this. please nurses, doctors, anyone esle willing to help?
Mr A, 72 yr old man. Admitted for Loss of consciousness. Brought to ED dept & hypocount was 2.1mmol (hypocount is to test for blood sugar level. means he is hypo @ this time)
complaint of
* loss of appetite
*loss of weight (2-3kg) for past 2 month
Shortness of breath on exertion.
Denies fever, chills & rigor.
No nausea & vomiting noted.
1 episode of diarrhea, & it is watery.
Premorbid status: ADL independant, ambulant, cognitively intact
On examination:
Afebrile, Pulse 67 per min. Respiration rate 18 per min. Sp02 97%(oxygen level). B/P 139/69 mmHG.
Alert, responsive, fully communicative.
Thin, Cachexic, Pale
Dry mucosa & no rashes seen
Lungs: A/E equal & clear
Heart sounds: S1S2 no murmurs
Abdomen: sofe non-tender, nil spelnomegaly, palpable liver 5cm
JVP: not raised
please please help. i have a deadline on wednesday and none of my grp mates seems to want to help me in this joint project…. thanks everyoneeee
