Open Question: I seriously need some help with my health test!?

So, my cousin’s parents thinks she has a heart murmur. Apparently, it’s genetic, and my aunt has it, also. But I’m not so sure what a heart murmur really is. I have heard about it every once in a while, but it still makes me concerned, and I’d like to know whats going on with my cousin =] She said there is two different kinds, but she doesn’t know much about it herself..All answers are appreciated =] Thank you!

Open Question: Universal Health Care Question?
Why do people say universal health care is going to be the health care reform we need? yes for minor procedures (like check ups and all) it will make it more affordable, but under the canadian system, if you need any major procedures (say heart arythmia) you are asked to wait up to 6 months for a doctor to become available, then after you get your doctor, you may have to wait upwards to 2 years to actually have your procedure (in which fatalities may occur). so why does America need Universal Health Care, when all the system we are currently under needs is price regulation, and government sposored health care to be brought out of debt.
my kids are on illinois ‘all kids’ program and when we call a doctor, if they say that they are accepting new patients and they say that they can see us within 2 hours, as soon as we tell them we’re on that, then it jumps to 2 weeks. GOVERNMENT HEALTH CARE CAN ONLY WORK IF THE GOVERNMENT CAN PAY ITS BILLS.
