Open Question: i think i have asthma… i don’t know what to do?
I am pretty sure i have asthma. I have difficulty breathing. It doesn’t happen during excersise (unless im like riding my bike 2 miles but then i recover from it quickly. Or if im doing a sprint). I have not wheezing or no coughing and my chest doesn’t really feel tight. But it mainly comes on during times of stress. And i read that asthma attacks can happen during times of stress. These “attacks” can last anywhere from several hours to several months. I do not wake up at night from this. When i take a deep breath it helps “satisfy” my breathing. And same if I yawn. Im not sure if thats what asthma does. Ive been to a doc several times and all they did was listen to my heart and lungs and said i was fine. But it could be a mild case. and I keep telling my mom about this problem but she just keeps telling me that im fine and its not asthma or any other disease. Help What do I do??
And another unrelated question: how many points to you get from answer a question on Y!A??
