Open Question: I think i have contracted herpes and don’t know what to do with my life…?

I’m not sure if i have herpes or not but their are little bumps around and im not sure what to do.. i want to go to the doctor and find out but im scared of the outcome, life isn’t fair… im a 17 year old male who’s still a virgin but i must’ve contracted it via oral =\ i have a girlfriend that im madly in love with she tells me she wants me to take her virginity and i want to take hers too but im just so worried about telling her, either way im not going to do something drastic and ruin her life too i will tell her about it but before that i really want to go check out at the doctor.. but it’s so strange =\ i received oral when i was about 15 and now im 17 but only recently the little bumps appeared.. but they don’t hurt they feel like just normal little bumps and everyone says that it hurts but it doesnt hurt me, what should i do? im so depressed i think about it alot i don’t want my girlfriend to leave me for this reason if i have contracted hsv-1 or hsv-2 most likely hsv-1 i’ve thought about ending it all =\ and if i do have it im scared to tell my mom.. im a single child with a divorced mom i’ve never met my dad im scared to tell her, she works so hard and has been diagnosed with RA which is a severe arthritis but she’s so young shes not even 40 and i know it’s going to tear her heart out if i tell her and if i did end it all i know my mom would be just torn i really need help guys.. im so scared i feel like my life is ruined and it hasn’t even kicked off yet im not even 18 and i possibly have a disease =\ i know it’s a common virus but i never thought i’d get it i saved my virginity to give to the one but now im sure my girlfriend will reject me i really can’t live with out her and i really do hope she understands, i know i have pretty much answered my own question but please i just want someone to tell me about their lives if they have been exposed to the virus or their partner is and are or were in a relationship with the virus present please please please give me your advice write as much as you need but i really need to know that i can live happily, i’ve considered becoming a monk lol if i can’t have my girlfriend i will never be happy because i know she’s the one and i know most people say high school sweethearts break up but me and her share so much in common and people say that if u marry young ur at risk for a divorce but i know i love her i understand the meaning of love and so does she and hopefully she understands and will still accept me, i mean i haven’t changed or anything its just a virus that stops us from doing a few things and i’ve always thought about marrying her so please give me your advice, and thanks in advance
