Open Question: I’m not sure what happened with my heart, was it a mild heart attack?

I was just sitting down on the couch, surfing the web on my laptop. All of a sudden I felt my heart do something really funny,like somebody grabbed it and squeezed it, like while they where squeezing it, they ran their fingers through it, and during this I could hardly breathe. It all took about 2 to 3 seconds, but there was mild, very mild pain on what felt like my heart for about 15 minutes after wards. I know I have a heart murmur, but could this have been a mild heart attack, or is there something else that could of happened? Please someone in the health profession help me, or anybody who might have an idea. Thank you very much for reading my question.
