Open Question: Irregular/pounding heartbeat as reaction to azithromycin?

If you believe in jesus with all your heart, mind, soul and body, I have a few questions.
1. Why do the majority of christians seek medical care to prolong their lives from any disease that has the potential to kill them, when heaven is where you say you want to be?
2. Why do so many christians seek to look young through plastic surgery and strive to live longer when heaven is where you say you want to be?
I’m confused why you would fight to stay alive and strive to live as long as possible in the material world, working hard to obtain material things, when heaven is where you desperately want to be. You lambast atheists for the very same things you all fight to hold on to.
Why do the majority of you do whatever it takes to prolong your own existence? So many of you say you can’t wait to see your lord.
