Open Question: Medical question involving stomach pain?
Last Sunday my uncle died. He woke up at 2:30 in the morning and was complaining of stomach pain and was vomiting. He continued to vomit for 45 minutes when he collapsed and died by the time the ambulance arrived. The medical examiner said he had a massive heart attack but Im not so sure…He was 45 years old with out any family history of heart disease, was of average weight, but he did smoke. The family is not going to have an autopsy done. I was looking for some differentials.. the vomit might have had blood in it. Any answers would be appreciated. If you think it is a heart attack..please explain why you think so. Thanks

Open Question: Is it time to put my 17 yr old cat down?
My cat is 17 yrs old He has had at least 4 strokes since December. Each time time he recovers a little less. We had tests run and found he had a heart murmur and a infected tooth that they said they couldn’t operate because of his conditions he also has bad arthritis in his hips. He walks sideways and sometime his hips fall out under him. HE does eat much now he pees on our bath rm. floor his health is getting worse he seems so disoreinted at times but I can’t tell if he’s in any pain other than he wont let us pet anything but his head. wha tis the right thing to do. I don’t want him to suffer but I don’t want to put him to sleep if he isn’t hurting?
