Open Question: Is it Anxiety or something more serious?
ok for about a month now..I have been suffering from chest tightness and the feeling like I can’t get enough air in my lungs every other breathe. I find it gets worse when I think about it. Anyways I went to a walk in clinic at first about the first two weeks of the symptoms..he gave me a blue and brown inhaler..didn’t seem to work. Then the other day I went to my Family doctor…which was a week after I went to the walk in clinic. My doctor just listened to my heart..then squeezed my chest really tight and while still holding me he told me to breathe out really fast…he said I had Trachitis cause I had a wheeze/whistling sound coming from my throat when I breathed out…then he checked my pulse and heart again and said I had no murmurs and my heart was fine. He asked me if there was a hystery of asthma in the fam..and I said yes..so he gave me ADVAIR…a puffer to take for two weeks and if it doesn’t work come back…I should have told him I was taking the blue inhaler but didn’t work…cause they are both similar..they are both for asthma but I didn’t. Anyways I asked if he could do a asthma test..and he said what he did was the test..and too just come back if the inhaler doesn’t work. My mom says he didn’t test me right cause he should have gotten me to do the pulmonary test that measures how much air my lungs are taking in,,,oh and sometimes it feels like the top of my chest/throat is clogged..kinda hard to explain :/
what should I do?…because one day im okay and the next I dunno..Im afraid to trust myself just incase it is somethng serious :/….I know IM veryyy paranoied and it suckss.
