Open Question: If instead of butter, I simply eat smart balance light, will my heart be healthier over the years?
I’ve heard good things about Smart Balance spread. I use the light version. My question is this: Will it help to prevent heart disease if, over the years, I don’t eat any butter - and just use smart balance instead?
Would that produce any effect at all ?
I’m curious because I have a history of heart disease in my family and high cholesterol - even when I was 17-years-old and 130 pounds.
