Open Question: Asthma or heart problems?
I’ve been having some weird symptoms over the past 3 days, and they’re starting to worry me. I have shortness of breath, I have trouble breathing when I lay down flat, my chest feels *a little* tight, and one night I had really rapid heart beat. (My pulse was like 105) Now, I have asthma, but it’s “exercise induced”, and it’s been under control for years now. I also have a heart murmur. But I’ve never had actual heart problems before, aside from some serious heartburn a few years ago. I’m also 17. Isn’t it kind of unheard of for a teenager to have a heart attack or some kind of heart issue?
What seems most likely? (I’m planning on going to the doctor, but I just wanted to ask.)

Open Question: My dad died when I was 11, now 25 I’m still finding hard.?
When I was 11 my dad died of a heart attach brought on by a genetic disease called ALD. As my parents split when I was 2 I only saw my dad once every two weeks and as he died when I was 11 I didn’t get to know him as well as my older brothers and sister.
The problem I’m having is that after his death I thought about him everyday for years, only up until a couple of years ago when it started to be days between thinking about him. I miss him so much but it feels like I’m forgetting him by not thinking about him. Does that make me a bad son?
I would like to share a dream I had a couple of months ago. In my dream my father was suddenly alive, I couldn’t explain it but he just was. And I have never been so happy in my life. He got to meet my fiance, I got to speak to him, talk to him and spend as much time with him as I wanted. I remember waking up smiling, crying as for a couple of seconds I felt it was real and not a dream. Even though it was a dream I have never been happier.
It seems like I can’t get over it, I have spoken to family and friends but it doesn’t help. I’m stuck, I think I need help.
