Open Question: Panic attack or heart attack?
Just this past saturday I got sensations thinking I had something wrong with my heart or chest. Today they happened again so I went to see a medical proffesional who ran a few tests. He said my heart looked fine and since I am only 17 I shouldn’t be at risk for a heart attack. My family has a history of panic attacks and there are some signs that I may be having them as well. On occasion I feel a strong palpatation in the heart area and tightness in my chest as well as back pain and feeling like I am going to be sick. I know the doctor said I am okay but I am really scared. I feel like crying but when I do i feel almost worse. Should I get a second opinion or start looking for a therapist? Where do I even look for a therapist who can handle panic attacks correctly? Im scared. I don’t know what to do.

Open Question: What does it mean when ur echo results come back normal, but you have a heart murmur?
Drs had warned me i could have a heart murmur ever since i was younger. One when i was 13 and another one at 15 but i never went to get checked. Now that i am 23 i went to the Dr. because i was feeling S.O.B. and he confirmed that i have a heart murmur, i did an echocardiogram and the secretary said that the results were normal. What does that mean? im concerned because i play soccer since im little and i dotn want to risk my health i have seen many soccer players drop dead in the field.
