The hospital sued my parents for Med Bills. My mom has been paying on all her accounts, 20-25.00 per month. They both have too many diff.med. bills to give more than that. Both are diabetic, mom has hypertension and fibro-myagia has suffered a series of strokes and dad is a surviving heart patient, two heart valves replaced due to a heart murmur. I am afraid this law suit will worsen their condition. Dad is working. Makes very good money but with their daily need of meds and new doctor visits, they are still going without many of their needs. What should we do about this law suit?

Open Question: What are my fathers chances of survival?
My father had a heart cath. last week and the results were not good. He has had 14 by-passes over the years, and they have all fallen apart. He has heart disease. The heart cath. shows that he has 2 arteries left and they are both almost completely bocked. His doctor is going to try to put stents in both arteries if he can get them in and this will happen Tuesday morning. Can anyone tell me the chances of survival during this operation and what are the chances this procedure will work?
