Open Question: PCOS: Can it just be left alone/no meds?

Can PCOS just be left alone or does one have to take medication for it?
I was dianosed with it 10 years ago and took bcp’s until 3 years ago when they started to give me heart issue/suspected blood clot (I have a murmur and a MVP). New endo is looking into adrenal causes & said that I don’t have to take anything for PCOS if I feel fine….gyno says I must take bcp’s. Not sure which is correct? If it makes a difference, I’m 29 5′6 and 125lbs and no insulin problems. Thanks!

Also, she is highly allergic to any deadly disease. Deadly diseases make her powerless and since she is highly allergic to it she has no chance of living if she gets it. She has an IQ level of 220. She can fly, but does not have super-strength.

Cloner(male): can clone himself and other people(and their powers) into millions, also shape shifter and power stealer
