Open Question: PLEASE ADVICE ANYONE!!!!?

Voting Question: I did a hard run 2 weeks ago, my heart feels increasingly fluttery since. is it a symptom that I can die soon?
also, i have a history of arythmia and tachycardia, that I pretty much ignore. probably shouldn’t be running in the 1st place. only 35, but i guess i could die if i push it too much…
don’t know if its because i am stressed out lately, or because i overdid it on this run. i also feel this ‘tremble’ through my body at times through the day and especially at night when i am laying in bed. is that nerves? or maybe my heart fluttering is felt like a body tremble?

Open Question: PLEASE ADVICE ANYONE!!!!?
My son was born two months early last month. He has been diagnosed with reflux and has a small heart murmur, that is expected to close. He is coming home this week on a apnea monitor because during his refluxing episodes he stops breathing. I am single mom and have two other children that attend daycare, but my newly son can not. He came early and I wasn’t prepared. I have to work, I have already taken off a couple of weeks after he was born and to be with him at the hospital. I can’t take off much longer because I am not getting paid and savings has run dry..but my newborn needs me at home..after reading a couple of websites my newborn is considered a “special needs child” at the moment..so I was wondering is there some type of benefit I could receive so that I could stay at home and take care of him until he gets better without losing everything.
