ive had chest pains for a while now and i went to the doctors and im booked for a ECG next week but me heart just stopped for like 10 seconds!?!! and i cried and ran and told me mum about it she said its just a palpatation cos i do drink alot of diet coke n stuff…
am i going to die?

WORK YOUR WAY TO HEALTH
In such a fast pace life, there is minuscule time to monitor our health. Modern living has reduced the need of physical work.

Every problem has a solution. Some of the physical activities like household work, skating, cycling, yoga, etc. can help burn 80% of the body calories. one need not spend money on fitness centre.
Physical activities help us to reduce the risk of premature death. It helps us control weight. It also helps us build and maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints. It improves stamina and increases body endurance and efficiency. It cuts down health care costs, increases productivity and betters performance at schools.
The groundwork of happiness id health. Thus, to lead a happy life one has to work their way to health.
