Open Question: Possible heart murmur? Being sent to a specialist, my son is 4 months.?

It occurs several times throughout the day some days, and then some days not at all. The pain is right under my left breast. I’ve had this problem for nearly two years. I’ve had two ultrasounds which have found absolutely nothing, and the doctor didn’t seem concerned with it. I’m 17, a little overweight, but I exercise 3 to 4 times a week. My family has almost no heart disease history whatsoever. Should I be worried? Could it just be gas?
