I got a good job in may. My boss was 60+, very nice but ill. I contracted skin disease from him, since I work directly under him.
I bear listening to his problems etc.
There is an SC boy who is the only one directly under him. His is posing all sorts of problems. He is younger to me. He wants my attention. He wants me as his secretary. He makes fun of me. People don’t know he is SC. They think I am being bad, ignoring my team mate. Recently he tried to cross limits. I hinted my boss but he says ” I am under political pressure.” He wants to have a good relationship with the boy to make some professional gains.
My boss tells me that I am like his daughter. He would never send his own daughter to such boy’ cabin repeatedly.
My parents tell me to ignore & forget.
I see my job and EVERYTHING at stake if I try to complain.
I have no solution.
I am a very sensitive person. Other wise I would have slapped him or forgotten it.
I am here to just move the load off my head, heart & soul.
Its my 4th job. I left 2 jobs because I was underpaid. 3rd one …….. I faced a similar problem. Sexual abuse follows me everywhere.
SC=scheduled caste
every Indian knows that
I’ll never find a better job. Its a Govt: job in a apex body. Its like a dream come true. It can be anyone’s dream to have, what I have.
Marriage is the only solution, but I am manglik. I don’t believe in horoscopes but people do.
no boy friend. i m basically an introvert. people guess in a sec when they meet me. every one is out there taking advantage of me. i m into maths, comp, edu. i m absent minded.
