Open Question: Question about heart murmur/seizures….doctors advice please!?
Last month we found out that our 2 year old has a very (very) small hear murmur. It was only noticed because she had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic. This month (one month later) she’s had two seizures (petite mal) we took her to the E.R. over the weekend, and back to her ped. today. She will go for an e.e.g soon. I was told by her dr. that heart murmurs (even small ones) can cause seizures….has anyone else had any similar experiences? Please serious answers only!
