Open Question: I’m having small chest pain from my heart after my bad sleeping habit?
So I’ve been having chest pain since I started having a really bad sleeping habit. I pull all nighters constantly, and I take 2-3 hour naps in the evening. I usually get about 5-6 hours sleep in the night.
I’m getting the pain from around my heart, but the pain doesn’t increase with exercises, so I’m guessing it’s not a heart disease. I have been eating healthy (except a lot of spicy food), and I don’t have any diabetic symptoms.
I think the pain is too minor and since my regular daily activities aren’t affected, it’s neither tumor or cancer.
AND my heart rate isn’t at all affected by my chest pain.
Can someone tell me what the hell is happening to me?
I just turned 18 and I don’t smoke or drink. I’ve never done any drugs my entire life and I don’t do any heavy exercises.

Open Question: Should I go to the doctor?
Okay, so I know that i have some heart murmurs, and I really shouldnt worry,
but lately its been fluttering to the point where i loose my breath, and sometimes i get a sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my chest.
should i go to the doctor.
it probably isnt serious, but its uncomfertable and it freaks me out
im 18. my mom thinks i over react at any sign of illness
so she WILL NOT take me to the doctor.
i dont know if this is worth looking at.
I do have my insurance card, but then my parents will find out, and they will get mad at me.
I really dont know what to do.
should i cross my mind, eventhough she wont take me to the doctor unless im more or less dying, or should i not give a shit, and just go, and then get yelled at??/
seriously….
im kinda scared. its getting progressively worse.
im talking about my heart.
i have 2 heart murmurs, one is right artery, and one is left ventricle.
