Open Question: While on heart monitor, scared several times?
I am wearing a heart monitor for two weeks to see what my heart palpitations are about. I just got it last night, and there was a bad thunderstorm, and several times loud thunder boomed and scared the crap out of me. Will these be seen by the doctor and cause him alarm? How am I suppose to tell them I was scared? The monitor is through a company that gathers the information then sends it to your doctor. Also what is the difference between a palpitation and an arythmia.
