Open Question: Waist Hip Calculators?
Do these even work? I put in my waist and hip size (Waist: 25, Hip: 33) and I got this: “Your shape puts you at reduced risk of coronary heart disease, diabetes and stroke. Frequently referred to as pear shape, you tend to keep fat off your midsection and more on your hips. Your body does not convert this lower body fat as readily as midsection fat, which keeps cholesterol down.”
I find it strange because I DONT have any fat on my hips, you can see my hip bones (iliac crest?). I have a bit of fat on my midsection, making their description about my body completely wrong, my hip bones are just big. Am I still at that “Reduced risk” for all those diseases? Heart disease and diabetes does run in my family….

Open Question: What do you think of my prologue?
Prologue; the Virgins tear and the Dragons claw: It stared out with the angels and demon fighting for power over the world, after they both lost they decided to let TWO battle it out for the rights over everything- the world and its companions. The angels submitted another very powerful angel that was said to have lighted heaven with her power when it was covered in the “darkness” The demons submitted their most powerful demon-The Dragon. The two fought it out, neither winning or losing, they fought for centuries until they both fell from the sky’s onto Earth, The angel becoming Mortal[ but having a few extra things that normal humans didn’t have] and the demon taking a male form, these two didn’t know of each other for a while, but while they were deeply attracted to each for some reason they felt a deep urge to kill each other also, the female angel was always the better one and never killed the demon but everything they did always had some sort of contact with each other and the demon male always killed the mortal angel and she was always re-born, with a sixth sense of telepathy and spirit talking..
RIVER- For centuries it has been said that the world would end it 2012, No one has taken it seriously. They all believe that its a joke, things like that aren’t real. What if I told you, It is true, but the way we’ll go out is by killing ourselves. The root of all evil is said to be in ourselves, The way we treat others, the way we treat ourselves. Demons have been in our world since before time; they cause it all- sex, drugs, money, death. They’re the ones responsible, but if you think about it we’re weak enough to let them in. I personally don’t believe in the supernatural because god has taken from me plenty of times. God has allowed the world to be destroyed by its own personal demons. So if you were to ask me if I believe in God? I would say No, I believe more in the Devil. He’s the only one I’ve seen take any action. When I first learned of my past lives, I seriously took it as a joke. I’m not going to lie, I thought Daemon was a complete idiot that needed to visit the insane asylum. But it all started making sence when I looked in the mirror and I didn’t see myself anymore; I saw the world through his eyes. He allows us to destroy ourselves so we can become better people. To make the world better, I need to let it die. It has been said that the Virgin’s Tear could produce so much light that it could protect heaven in the time of darkness. What I didn’t know was that I was the possessor, I would have to battle the Dragon to protect everything.
The city was alive with smog, every where you turned black smoke puffed into the air, I couldn’t even see the bright blue sky trying to peak over the mountain top, I was following a trail on only instinct, trying my best to find my destination. My hands were bleeding and blistered from scraping the concrete when jumping from the passenger side door of a 1965 Chevy Impala, my clothes still wet from hitting the wet snow. The only thing I had on my mind was Daemon, The way his face lighted up when I spoke his name and how his skin glistened when the sun shined on it. Aleaser was closing in on me, coming closer and closer with every stride.
I ran as fast as I could trying to escape the demons grasp, he chased me with all of his might trying to gather enough strength to drag me to hell with him.
” Stop Running! Your only making this harder for yourself!” Aleaser screamed over the roar of the city. I continued to travel on foot into the heart of the city; I had to save Daemon before they vanished him to the Underworld, he had protected me instead of doing his job and that was rebelling against his master, the strongest of demons would be there and I would probably die, but hopefully I can outsmart them. Funny as this was, They were hiding out in a church. I had never seen Daemons true demon form but as I came to a halt in front of the church doors, I heard a loud screech. It scared the living hell out of me. I took a deep breath and pushed the doors open, a gush of hot air blew out and it smelled out burning sulfur. My nose crinkled and I looked around me, the room had filled with silence as my heels clicked against the hard wood floors. A statue of Jesus Christ stared down at me, blood was seeping from his eyes, real human blood. It was still quiet, something had changed they knew I was here. I walked around the dusted alter. A blood red rose, wilted at the edges, was laying on it.
” You guys really do know how to treat a lady.” I murmured. From behind me a low chuckled aroused. ” There you are, You know I’ve been looking all morning for you.!” I whispered while I turned around to face it. The demon stood their looking at me intently, its black beady eyes stared holes in my face, its pale boney body rested against a concrete wall.

& aren’t prologues supposed to be long, they can be up to 30 pages? and this isn’t nearly as long as that.
