Open Question: Crazy Blood Pressure?
hello, due to doctors orders, i am monitoring my BP. i range from 111-194/50-110. im 15 years of age, and my blood presure remains on average, 145+/85+, Pulse: 90+.
all BPs were taken at rest, and im on a very light, soft diet (orders)

3:00 PM 125/75 Pulse: 85BPM ****
4:00 PM 170/88 Pulse: 88BPM ****
4:10 PM - I felt exetremely tired, I was in a old sweat, i was haveing heart ache, and my face muscles were twitching
(i do have a history of heart problems, as it runs in the family and have been hospitalized for it, and my muscle twitches are still under diagnosis, ill be going to the University of Miami this week for that)

So, clearly my BP is extremely unstable, and i am seeign a doctor today about it, among other thing, but im just wondering, are there any ideas out there that i can suggest to my doctor?
Heart disease is a common thing in my family, and ive been thinking that i also have Hyperthyriodism,
Palpitations
Heat intolerance
Nervousness
Insomnia
Breathlessness
Increased bowel movements
Light or absent menstrual periods
Fatigue
Fast heart rate
Trembling hands
Weight loss
Muscle weakness
Warm moist skin
Hair loss
Staring gaze
Other than Hair Loss, staring gaze, i do have all other symptoms
again, i am 15 years old, 139lbs, fairly fit.. and i do well in school and am active
