Heart Flutters

Open Question: What causes heart murmurs? Is this caused by blockage to veins? Any good cure for this ?

Open Question: do you think this chest pain is cardiac related? 18/f?
i’ve been experiencing a wide variety of chest pains for a couple months now. i have had 3 normal ekgs.
even since those i’ve had alot of disturbing pains
it has been a hard pinch feeling in the middle/left of the sternum
but earlier i was about to exercise and i had a sharp pain in the chest and jaw at the same time
the jaw pain was sharper then the chest pain
when i sleep on my left side my left side of my chest is sore, i don’t know if that’s related
i have alot of anxiety but even when i’m anxiety free i’ll have some HUGE painful deep chest pain all of a sudden
usually it’s just for one or two seconds and it’s gone without a trace
i think i’m getting it looked further into tomorow
my grandpa died of heart disease but he was ANCIENT. at least 70 or something when he died
and i don’t smoke
i eat pretty good
i only weigh like 118 lbs
some people tell me it could be stress but it’s really hard to believe
anything would help me out
it does seem to come after a time of alot of stress
one i even had a feeling like a little wire being scraped across the inside of my chest
my arm has never had pains
i’ve had some pain in the middle of my back though
not sure if that’s related just letting you know
dont know! pretty scary
i don’t really have any teeth pain i grind my teeth. but if i had some kinda infection would i know about it orrrrr. i duno. i am going to the doctor tomorow. if i make it alive! haha =/ very scared.
