Open Question: high blood pressure help?
ok so yesturday i went to my 3 yearly heart check up
and yesturday they told me that i had high blood pressure
should i be scared ?
they said it might be that or maybe because i was nervous
i was a sorta nervous
but if i do have this i have some questions
is this a serious thing ?
is it a disease ?
could i die from this
is this typical for a teenager ?

Cry Out
The doubting soul here sits in the clamour-
Of gathering thoughts that sway and blink.
Vibrations of love, he cares not of the manner-
Of prayer. So he murmurs into the way of which you think.
Passing over your head, an adoration of faith,
To seek and behold the One who breathes silver stars.
Who carves the moon and shapes the hills with the dazzling glance of grace,
Who found you wandering, confused, asleep, behind a thousand bars.
Conceal all sight and cry out in the black,
Or veil your vision and speak onto fear.
Limp as a doll, you await the night attack-
No- what is that? So white and wide and clear…
The lick of warmth that sears my skin,
The light that blankets my ice sheeted heart.
A meek, friendly candle, sweet as a violin,
Familiar as dust, drawing shadow and flame apart.
The Light is Love and the Love is He,
He who lead me into light when sick with sin.
Who’s love is greater than the red wood tree,
A dazzling spark of the sun, to kindle my skin.
