Open Question: my 11 year old golden retriever had a sugar level of 88, is that good or bad?
He has been drinking alot more & urinating alot more too that is why I had the vet do a glucose stick test & vet also told us that he has a heart murmur & put him on Lasix.
Is a sugar reading of 88 too low? Vet didn’t seem to think so. Also he only eats once a day in the evening. Is that enough or should he be eating twice a day. He has lost about 10 lbs in the past year.
