Open Question: What is the possibility that I might be having a heart disease?
Hello,
I’ve been suffering recently from symptoms similar to those of a heart disease, my hands and feet start sweating whenever I’m nervous or scared and sometimes even when I’m asleep, cold hands and tips even in hot weathers, indigestion, short breath,feeling tired and sleepy almost all of the time. My question is, is it necessary that I might be suffering a heart disease or are the above symptoms common and I shouldnt be worrying? and what kind of diagnoses will I have to undergo in order to know whether or not I have a heart disease?
P.S: I’m 20 years old and been having all of the above symptoms long time ago, except the indigestion and fullness which developed recently.

Open Question: My infant died as a result of CHF… is this something they should have caught at the hospital?
My son, Aiden, was only 9 days old when he died from Congestive Heart Failure. He was born via Cesarean Section and everything seemed perfectly fine. He even scored a 9 and a 10 on his Apgar Test after delivery. The following day, a nurse came into my room to inform me that they heard a heart murmur and that they were alerting his pediatrician. The next morning I was told by the pediatrician that heart murmurs in infants are common and that there was nothing to worry about and that he would check things again in a week at our checkup. He even released Aiden from the hospital a day early. We only spent a short 43 hours in the hospital which is not the norm for a C-section delivery in that hospital.
My fiance and I went home thinking we had a perfectly healthy baby. And a week later, we rushed him to the emergency room and he passed away.
Is this something that should have been detected at the hospital? Is there a series of tests that should have been run that would have caught this? Could it have been corrected? We are miserable and would like some answers, please!
