Open Question: heart palpitations, anyone have these?
I do have anxiety , however i often get palpitations even when i am calm, and relaxed. I had numerous tests done and everything was fine other than a slight murmur.
Question is, has anyone else suffered from these? and is there anything you do that helps reduce the amount of them you get?
They drive me crazy and sometimes even cause me to have a panic attack because i will get a heart beat irregularity, and it freaks me out…. than the attacks start.
It just seems like im not getting anywhere with my doc’s. They all say dont worry, your fine,, the tests are normal….
but how can having this many palpitations be normal?
sometimes they last only a second or two, other times they come and go off and on throughout the day. And other days, i dont get them at all.
anyone been diagnosed with a particular disease that affects the heartbeat ? what were your treatment options , and am i just over paranoid????
