Open Question: Can a heart murmur get worse?
I’ve had a heart murmur since I was little and I went to a child heart specialist when I was about 6 and they told my mom that I would grow out of it that it’s very small…but since about the summer time I’ve been having some chest pains and it got worse like right about when school started and now it’s getting even worse. When it started it was about no longer than 5 sec. and then about when school started it was like between 5 and 10 sec. at times and now it’s about 10 sec. and I have a lot of chest discomfort and it’s bothering me a lot…I’m 13 now to and I just need to know if it could have gotten worse?!?!
