Open Question: Why do I feel like this before (and sometimes during) my period?

my ferret has adrenal disease,I am poor,I use a care credit which is a credit card I guess for pets, for both her and my pit bull,they want to do surgery on her,by my own research,it has very low success rate,and here in el paso,texas,they charge 4000 dallors,with only 4 vet’s that take in detail work with ferrets while 2 of the 4 vets actually take care of such case,the rest do only vaccinations. In which care credit only has 2000 max I already have 500 on my card,many other suggest lupron for now and I read 1/10 ferrets has success to get rid of it with surgery while the others had to go back to lupron shots even while one had 4 surgeries and back to lupron,but 200 dallors a shot?are they any ferret shelters that will help in el paso,texas,or someone where I can get lupron cheaper,please no scam sites,legit only please.please help! I don’t want my best friend to die.She’s so funny and cute.Sometimes she’s the only one that can make me smile on a bad day.I love her to death,if you can offer anything please do.She’s my first ferret.Watching her die is breaking my heart.Please help.
