Open Question: Finishing full time work as a Home Care Manager.?
I’m an oldie and nearly 80 years of age; I’ve had the dreaded second heart attack, now have Parkinson’s disease and also the most painful form of osteo arthritis.
I would appreciate a bit of help from some of my friends at Yahoo Answers.
After twelve (12) years of loyal service, my friend Jacqui is finishing work as a Home Care Manager. Jacqui has been a most caring person; she has a wonderful sense of humour and I know that she will be very much missed by the elderly and disabled clients that she has had responsibility for.
I would very much like to write a simple but meaningful poem, expressing my personal thanks to Jacqui for all that she has done for me and indeed what she was able to do for my elderly mother, before me.
My mind is just not functioning well enough, to write the small poem that I have in mind, so if anyone of you can do me a big favour and write eight or so lines for me, I’ll be so grateful.
Just to keep things right, after writing the poem for me, please add a simple sentence saying that I am free to use your poem.
Hoping you can help me,
Kind regards,
The Auld Yin
