Open Question: Question About Death…Please MANY Answers!!!!?
a man who is like my grandfather lives with me and my family. He is 80 yrs old and has parkingsons disease. he had a couple heart attacks & was brought to the hospital, in the hospital the medicine they were giving him for his heart caused a stroke. so he is now home on comfort care & hospice is involved. at the hospital the doctors said he would probubly only last about 2 weeks, well its been about 2 months.
he has gotten skinny due to his lack of eating & drinking, he hasnt been very hungry or thirsty & when he says he is, we give him a whole plate of food but he doesnt eat very much of it. And, he like says he see’s people and he talks to them, mostly people that are already dead. if its not that, he confuses TV with reality. or saying crazy things. sometimes he thinks he is on a ship (he is a marine vet). he acts like he is going crazy. and i dont know what to say to him anymore when he acts this way.
he sleeps a lot.
he always wants to do something though he cant move or walk
he doesnt eat
he see’s people that are already dead.
he acts as if he has gone crazy.
i know they say that these are signs of dying but this has gone on for over a month. i dont want him to die by any means but i also do not want him to suffer. he is not on any medicine for his parkinsons or diabetes or anything.
he is on pain medicine for comfort.
i just wanted to know your thoughts…..or how long this could go on?
please help, i’d really appriciate it!
i have already asked this question but i would like to hear more answers…..
we are with him all the time
letting him know its ok & we love him
he gets comunion once a week
we let him know we are there and he is not alone…
please answer, let me know of your personal experience….

Open Question: Why is my boyfriend avoiding seeing a doctor?
He has the opportunity to see a doctor yet he says he will then doesn’t. He told me a while back one doctor he saw when he was in high school told him he had a heart murmur then later that year he said another doctor confirmed he didn’t have one at all. I just want him to get checked, I worry about him, I love him so much, I want him to be around for a long time 
Why does he tell me he will get checked but just to comfort me at the time and then he ends up not doing like he said?
no, he doesn’t have any std’s I’m sure of that.
