Open Question: What would be the best workout for me?
I am 245 lbs and I need to be about a 110 for me to be healthy(5′ 3″ 14, 15 next month). I gained all this wight in a about a year after I quit my 4 dance classes to get some help for my Bi-Polar Depression which I was over due for in mid-late ‘08(Hey! Rhyming words!). My original doctor treated me as a guinea pig with all of the crazy medicines. I have now switched. We doubled my dosage of Seroquel XR to 300. I get hungry now @ night, I don’t even know what i want(so i don’t eat) Most of all this weight has taken onto my waist(which is a family trait, both sides! Ugh!) Heart diseases is a big, big factor(Dad had a pacemaker @ about 30), Diabetes may be too(Grandpa, Dad’s side).i check my horoscope just for fun and to get my brain a thinking well it did and now I am here! I have always been chubby. Now I am obese! I want this weight gone! I was thinking with my 9 years of dance and my super awesome capability to create a dance routine, I though I could dance it out. I head I should do cardio.
Any thoughts? I am going to tell my doctor about the whole hungry thing along with those horrible migraines next week. =)

Open Question: Will a heart murmur keep you out of the military?
My Docter said that it is completely harmless, all it does is make my heart beat sound a tiny bit different, and it will go away over time. I have never had problems with it and I can run over a mile without stopping. My Docter also said that it wouldnt keep me out but I’d like to see if I could get a more expierenced answer on here. Thanks.
