Open Question: Hispanics in the U.S. and heart disease?
I’m doing a research about heart disease among different ethnic groups in the U.S.
Does anyone know, what biological/ environmental factors make Hispanics more vulnerable to heart disease?
I need serious answers please and if you can add a web link to where you got the information from i would appreciated it. thanks

Open Question: With a heart murmur/ leaky valve what exercises can i do?
Im in gym and i am 17 years old, we have to run a mile on monday and i want to know if i am capable of doing so. I dont wanna just pass out and they dont know whats going on. We run a lap two days out the week and do regu;ar exercise like sit ups, push ups, and we stretch. Can i run a mile??
