Open Question: Think I’ll have a heart attack soon?
My mom had a heart attack at 42. She survived.. scary, though. I know we have heart disease on both sides of the family. What’re my chances of a heart attack any time soon if I do not change my habits now? I’m currently 18 years old, 220 lbs at 5′3″ (yeah, pretty obese), and my blood pressure is high (143/102). I don’t eat very healthy and don’t really exercise. How short is my life looking? Would you say I’d have a heart attack before I’m 25 at this rate?
