Open Question: Would I be able to pass MEPS?

I’m interested in joining the military but am worried I might not pass MEPS, because I might be disqualified.
Here’s my info:
Height: 5′11″
Weight:185 lbs.
Vision (Rx)
OD: - 10.50 - 1.50 x 10
OS: - 6.50 - 1.75 x 170
Vision correctable up to 20/30 (L) 20/60 (R)
Born w/innocent heart murmur (doc said it would go away on it’s own - havent checked up on it)
Hearing - slightly below normal “slightly”

Had a minor back sprain this summer (no more pain anymore though)
Tried a bit of weed in summer (not even one full joint; not even half of one full joint)

Open Question: Has anyone ever felt these symptoms? I have a squeezing feeling in my left shoulder down my arm?
The pain goes into my fingertips and my fingers and palm hurt constantly. The pain also goes into the center of my chest (the squeezing feeling is in my arms and chest). It happens continuously but the squeezing only last about 10 to 20 seconds. I have heart disease and they put a stint in about 3 months ago and have been having this feeling for about 2 1/2 months. The pain is very uncomfortable. I have an appointment for an MRI and to see a neurologist on November 17. Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on.
