Resolved Question: Exercise is bad for you and I can prove it?
Being late for an interview at the Jobcentre I decided to jog to speed things up and this caused my heartrate to increase and I felt a palpatation which caused me to have a panic attack and thinking I was having a heart attack called an Ambulance and was taken to hospital shaking & with a pulse rate of 110 while resting.
So anyone still think exercise is good?
LOL! Dr Sherior I’m 5′ 6″ and just under 8 stone so obese I’m not!
Kitana, if I new I wasn’t having a heart attack I wouldn’t have had a panic attack, it’s a vicious circle and unless you’ve experienced it you’ll never know!

Resolved Question: Have you ever heard someone who was suspected of Pervasive Developmental Disorder…?
As a young kid but grew out of it? I was reading my early childhood medical history, & lots of professionals suspected that I was @ HIGH risk for Pervasive Developmental Disorder. I had lots of behavioral problems in kindegarten, & I had lots of middle ear infections, & I had a moderately severe language disorder. Therapists documented that I was nonverbal most of the time, & that punishment & positive reinforcement were ineffective for me. They said I used to scratch other kids & try to gouge their eyes out, & they also said I used to fight to avoid going to school. I’m DEVASTATED to read back on this.
I also had 2 strokes @ age 5, heart murmur, crossed eyes, & other medical problems that interfered with my learning. They also said I had hearing problems.
During my teen yrs., I was diagnosed with Tourette’s, OCD, anxiety, & depression. Now, I’m 24 w/ a college degree.
So would that make me mildly autistic or have history of Asperger’s-like traits?
