Sometimes when I first get out of bed in the morning, my heart flutters. Does anyone know what would cause?

Either you have a picture of HandyMan on your bedside table that you see when you wake up, or perhaps you are just out of condition? How old are you and what is your fitness level? Do you take any medication? Is this a recent thing or have you always had it?
PS: If you’re not a girl, forget what I said about the picture.
