As part of our series on Inspirational Women, ReallyRich.com looks at how Mother of two, Sue Williams had to come to terms with suddenly losing her healthy teenage son David. The 16 year old, who lived an active lifestyle with swimming and watersports suffered a sudden heart attack after arriving home feeling faint. It’s believed he died in his sleep. This touching interview explains Sue’s hardship over the last three years; learning to live without David and making others aware of his silent killer. Tragically 12 young people die from an undetected heart condition every week in the UK alone, and it can be prevented with a simple, painless heart scan. Sue now runs a trust fund online for the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young. Please visit Wakeboard4Life and donate anything you can. For more information also visit the charity CRY’s website. With more awareness we can stop this from happening and stop other Mothers losing their children.
