When someone corrects me and they really disagree my heart actually flutters?

I am 27 female and I am married. My husband doesn’t provide the emotional or mental support I want or need. When anyone else corrects me or says something to me about the way I am acting is wrong my heart literally skips a beat. Its not just one person its anyone. Can someone explain why?
